Ingredients

- brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- salt
- 1 cup
- water
- 1 cup
- all purpose flour
- 1 tsp
- vanilla bean paste
- 4
- eggs
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 180 degrees.
- Grease the bottom of a cupcake pan (turn upside down) with olive oil spray.
- Mix butter, brown sugar, salt and water in a saucepan over high heat.
- Once combined, add 1 cup of flour and mix into a dough.
- Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
- Add vanilla bean paste and 4 eggs and mix well.
- Pipe the mixture around an upside down cupcake pan in spirals.
- Freeze solid for 30 minutes.
- Carefully remove the churro cups from the cupcake pan and place into the air fryer.
- Air fry for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and coat in cinnamon and sugar while still hot.
- Fill with ice cream and toppings and serve.
