Ingredients

1/2 cup
butter
2 tbsp
brown sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
1 cup
water
1 cup
all purpose flour
1 tsp
vanilla bean paste
4
eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180 degrees.
  2. Grease the bottom of a cupcake pan (turn upside down) with olive oil spray.
  3. Mix butter, brown sugar, salt and water in a saucepan over high heat.
  4. Once combined, add 1 cup of flour and mix into a dough.
  5. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Add vanilla bean paste and 4 eggs and mix well.
  7. Pipe the mixture around an upside down cupcake pan in spirals.
  8. Freeze solid for 30 minutes.
  9. Carefully remove the churro cups from the cupcake pan and place into the air fryer.
  10. Air fry for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the air fryer and coat in cinnamon and sugar while still hot.
  12. Fill with ice cream and toppings and serve.
