Ingredients

- self-raising flour
- 1/3 cup

- butter, melted, extra
- 1 tsp
- cinnamon, ground
- 1 tbsp
- caster sugar, extra
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Grease a deep 20cm round cake pan.
- Beat butter, vanilla bean paste, sugar and egg in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy - this will take 5-10 mins. Beat in eggs, once at a time until combined after additions.
- Using a wooden spoon, gently stir in sifted flour and milk. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for about 30 mins. Stand cake for 5 minutes then turn onto a wire rack. Turn cake top-side up to cool. Brush top with extra butter and sprinkle with combined cinnamon and extra sugar and serve.
