Ingredients

2 tbsp
butter, softened
1
egg yolk
1/4 tsp
vanilla bean paste
1/3 cup
all purpose flour
1/8 tsp
baking soda
1/8 tsp
salt
1/3 cup
chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix butter, egg yolk, vanilla bean paste, flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Divide mixture into 2 and place in separate rammikins.
  5. Bake for 20 mins or until cookies are slightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.

Notes and Tips

  1. If you don't have any eggs, you can substitute this for just under 2 tbsp white vingar and 1tbs baking salt. You may also require some extra flour.
